First created as a Christmas surprise for staff from the Board of Directors, this hand crafted American Pale Wheat Ale with "A blend of premium pale malted barley , malted wheat and pure light amber honey" proved so popular that it was soon offered to the public.
When poured this is a gold amber beer with a white head providing a restrained malt and sweet honey aroma . On tasting the beer is clean, crisp, and dry on the palate with a light malt body. There is a strange taste of honey upfront initially that becomes increasingly absent as you continue drinking. This an easy drinking beer that is matched well with a desert of Pavlova.

From the producers of the popular Feral Hop Hog IPA.
When poured this is a light cloudy gold colour beer with a small head and little carbonation providing an appetising aroma of barley and wheat with some orange fruity notes. The beer claims to be a "Belgian style white beer" and this is seems to be  achieved through the use of coriander and orange peel flavours at the forefront of the beer. However this orange spice citrus flavour is sickly sweet and makes the wheat and barley non- distinguishable. This is a unique beer but not one we would stock in the fridge.

Wingwalker American Belgian Style Wheat Ale

When poured this is a straw coloured beer, cloudy and light gold with a frothy white head that dissipates quickly. An aroma of stale wheat with grassy notes dominates but also the faint aroma of crisp celery. On consumption the beer retains its head well associated with good lacing. On tasting, the sour taste of celery triumphs followed by a dry aftertaste of celery. An awful tasting beer that leaves us stranded - unable to finish the beer! This beer is wrong on so many levels - watery body, low bitterness, and did we mention the celery! This beer is possibly the worst tasting beer ever. An extraordinary achievement for any brewer but perhaps not one BJ King Wingwalker Brewing Company wish to achieve.

Southern Tier 422 Pale Wheat Ale

When poured this is a cloudy gold colour beer with a small head and no lacing as the beer is consumed. There is very little aroma present and the taste is similar to the presentation - unimpressive! This is a thin bodied, watery tasting beer with a chemically driven aftertaste.
The label advertises "Make everyday Earth Day" suggesting "ways to be greener - let the rain wash your car." Get Fucked! Maca suggests a way to be greener though - Southern Tier should stop brewing their shit beer and shipping it across the world, just for him to pour down the sink!
My thoughts are the only way this could be improved is to make it an enema! Overall this is a shit beer that flies in the face of Earth Day. The Barrons is better Tony!
