When poured this is a hazy amber beer with a beige head, the effervescence streams up the side of the glass and an enticing floral aroma accompanies the beer. On tasting the beer has a creamy lightness associated with a slight citrus tang. Good carbonation on the palate is followed by a pleasant late bitterness. Whilst the beer could be deemed pretentious with its bottling and market style, Moo Brew Pale Ale delivers the goods. This is a fine pale ale that can be showcased as it performs better than the Matilda Bay Fat Yak and Murray's Angry Man. Whilst we feel that this beer is a little too fancy for our liking, we don't see it a problem as it performs well on the palate. We recommend Moo Brew and we fail to see how you'll be disappointed.
Verdict - Excellent.
