When poured this is a light straw coloured beer with a frothy white head. The aroma reminds Maca of the 4 Pines Kolsch with fruity notes apparent. There is good lacing as the beer is imbibed. The beer has a medium body with a hint of wheat malt that produces a well rounded bitterness and mild sweetness. It is certainly light enough to throw back or clean the palate but also one to be savoured with subtle and delicate flavours that intrigue the palate. The wheat malt particularly sets this apart from many others and would be enjoyable on a summers afternoon.
