When poured this is a clear golden colour beer with a creamy white head and good effervescence climbing its way through the beer, leaving superb lacing with excellent head retention as the beer is imbibed. A distinct pilsener aroma with notes of malt and barley entice the consumer. On tasting the beer has a medium body with some bitterness at the end of the palate. The barley performs well delivering a thirst quenching assortment of flavour. Our only criticism is that the front label describes a "Pilsner" whilst the back label describes the beer as a "fresh lager". Either way this is a fine beer.
