The novelty with this beer is that the beer is contained in a plastic bottle, the significance is that a case of Brass beer is 8 Kg as opposed to 14 Kg. In our mind though if one has difficulty carrying a 14 Kg  case of beer than perhaps you do not deserve to drink it!
When poured this is a clear light gold coloured beer with a sudsy looking white head associated with a hint of barley on the nose. On tasting the beer is light on the palate with a thin mouth feel. The flavour is lacking and a little different to what would be expected from  a lager. Overall this is a poor lager and we would prefer to carry 14 Kg of Tooheys New as opposed to the 8 Kg Brass Lager. As Tony pointed out at least with Toohey's you can still smash them on the freeway helping out all those battling tyre companies out there.
