When poured this is an orange amber beer with a white head. There is head retention to the end as the beer is consumed providing a floral fruity aroma with a note of malt and passion fruit. On tasting the beer has a medium body with a hint of fruity bitterness at the end. On the palate there is a lingering malt sweetness allowing the beer to compare favourably with Little Creatures Pale Ale and the Burleigh Heads 28 Pale Ale. Certainly a beer for anyone that enjoys there Pale Ale's and an excellent Pale Ale for anyone looking to venture into this style of beer. Despite the verdict this is an excellent tap beer and if you are able to acquire this at your local you will not be disappointed!
